I think my product is damaged. What is your return policy?
Aditri handpicks each and every creation to ensure you receive only high-quality products. In the unfortunate event if your product is found damaged upon receipt, the same concern must be raised by the buyer within 3 days of product delivery. Photographs must be emailed to [email protected] .The product will be picked up after our customer care team takes cognizance of the issue and the price tags are intact. The amount will be reflected in your account for your next purchase. The procedure may take 5 – 7 working days. Some items such as cosmetics or personal hygiene products cannot be returned.
Note: All items must be in new condition, unused, with original tags. Customers must inform the company within 3 working days else the request will be rejected. Merchandise that has been worn or used is not eligible for exchange and returns.
I changed my mind. I want to return the product for another color.
Product once purchased cannot be returned unless if damaged upon delivery. Please ensure you pick the appropriate shade, size, quantity, and read product descriptions before you select the ‘Buy’ button. Help us to help serve you better.
Not all products are eligible for returns. In order to maintain fairness to our artisans and craftsmen, as well as keep our prices fair, many items are “Final Sale.” Please make it a point to understand which products are eligible for returns before purchasing.

The photo looks different from the product. I need an exchange.
All the creations of Aditri are handpicked and handmade with love. Minor color variations may happen during product photography. Images are not enhanced but variations can happen due to screen resolutions, lighting in the photograph, and other conditions. Products cannot be exchanged for minor color changes.
How can I cancel my order?
Please login to your account with the registered email ID and password. Select ‘My Account’ and check the number of orders. Select the item you wish to cancel. The same will be reflected on the screen. However, you can check the Return and Exchange policy in case of product dispatch.
Note: Order once dispatched cannot be cancelled.
I have cancelled my order. How do I initiate a refund?
Once your cancellation is accepted, an email will be sent to your registered email ID. Your amount will be credited into your account with www.aditri.co.in and can be used for further purchases on the site.
