* Kantha (on Bishnupur Silk) – A piece of art in many ways, Kantha tells a story of creativity, imagination and care. Kantha, or the running stitch, is an indigenous household craft that was pioneered by women in rural West Bengal. What sets it apart is the distinctive way in which the stitch is created, so much so that it’s difficult to find two Kantha pieces that are alike!

* Ajrakh (on Modal) – A rustic process of textile printing – block printing – uses wooden blocks for imprinting images or patterns on fabric. This method is widely used in various parts of Asia, including India and China. The Ajrakh style is known for its use of complex patterns and designs, as well as the distinctive use of colours such as Indigo and Red.

* Kotpat (on premium Cotton) – The heritage weave of Kotpat stands out for its simple and yet sophisticated look. Made from natural dyes, Kotpat is particularly characteristic of a region in Odisha, India. The textile created from this style of weave not only looks elegant but is also a favorite as comfort wear, on account of its suitability to warm climates. You’ll find our Kotpat dupattas are a modern and elegant take on the classic style, the kind that will match perfectly with your everyday looks!

* Shibori (on Chanderi Silk) – A fashion favorite from around the globe, this tie-n-dye look originated in Japan. In India, today, it has been adapted and can be found in various avatars, from kurtas and sarees to dupattas and stoles. Shibori is done is many ways, each of which involves combining natural dyes with twisting, binding, folding and/or tying the fabric. We’ve brought together Shibori with the ever-elegant Chanderi Silk for dupattas that look that’s oh-so-stylish and yet are, surprisingly easy to manage!
